    Participants revisit the key principles and clause structure of ISO 9001 as the basis for planning and managing a full QMS implementation.

  • Initiating a QMS implementation project

    This module covers how to secure leadership commitment, define the project scope, and formally launch a QMS implementation using PECB's IMS2 Methodology.

Day 2Implementation plan of a QMS

  • Planning the QMS scope and context analysis

    Participants learn to analyse the organisation's context, identify interested parties, and define the QMS boundary in line with ISO 9001 Clause 4 requirements.

  • Risk-based planning and quality objectives

    This module addresses how to apply risk-based thinking, set measurable quality objectives, and plan actions needed to address risks and opportunities.

  • Implementing support processes and operational controls

To obtain a PECB credential, you must separately pass the PECB examination and then apply for the certificate that matches your experience level. PECB's Certification Rules and Policies describe the full requirements for each available credential.
